PwC Luxembourg visualises Transfer Pricing basics
Over the past five years, transfer pricing has become a buzzword. Navigating operations in an ever-expanding globalised world and aligning the value chain to the significant operational challenges in a tough competitive landscape, is complex. Keeping an eye on transfer pricing regulation, especially if it is not completely clear why such would be of importance, is another challenge.
To help industry players, who have not been exposed to the world of transfer pricing yet, to get grips with the regulatory environment, PwC Luxembourg has just launched a short animated video.
Chaptered in four parts, the three-minute video recaps the basics of transfer pricing, the impacts on multinationals, what it means for their activities in Luxembourg.
“We are acutely aware that transfer pricing contains many difficult concepts and a lot of complicated language and with this video we aim to reach out to people entering the transfer pricing arena for the first time and translate it all into more accessible considerations,” says Loek de Preter, partner and Transfer Pricing Leader at PwC Luxembourg.
“Transfer Pricing can be hard to grasp and we trust our visual approach will demystify the topic and encourage new transfer pricing players to understand the need for action,” adds Marc Rasch, partner in the Transfer Pricing department of PwC Luxembourg.
