BDO Luxembourg Announces 4 New Partners

As part of its continued investment in expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality services to its clients, BDO Luxembourg is delighted to announce the promotion of three new Partners effective 1 October 2026, as well as the appointment of a new Partner who has recently joined the firm.
Aline Brochard – Partner, Accounting & Corporate Services
Aline joined the Accounting & Corporate Services – Local Market department in October 2024, bringing more than 20 years of experience in audit. She advises local companies, subsidiaries of international groups, and public and quasi-public entities, non-profit organisations and foundations on financial, accounting and organisational matters, with expertise spanning complex accounting matters under Luxembourg GAAP, business plans and cash flow forecasts, governance and financial reporting reliability. Aline also supports clients on strategic advisory and business transformation projects. Aline is a Chartered Accountant and a réviseur d’entreprises.
Stéphanie Meyer – Partner, Accounting, Corporate & Fund Services
Stéphanie is active within the Accounting, Corporate and Fund Services department. Stéphanie joined BDO in 2018, following experience with two listed corporate services providers. Stéphanie has more than 16 years of experience in the corporate services industry and has been working for clients from a wide range of sectors with a focus on private equity and real estate. She has acquired an extensive expertise in legal and company secretarial matters as well as company management and administration. Stéphanie’s focus has been on assisting clients with international structuring and restructuring and overseeing their on-going administration. She has notably been involved with entities ranging from holding companies, management companies and securitisation vehicles. Stéphanie is member of the OEC (Ordre des Experts-Comptables) in Luxembourg.
Armin Weber – Partner, Direct Tax Compliance
Armin has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and international taxation in Luxembourg and Germany, with a strong focus on Luxembourg and international corporate tax compliance. Before joining BDO in 2025, he held senior tax roles in both Big Four and in-house environments, developing broad expertise in M&A tax structuring, tax accounting under IFRS, transfer pricing and Pillar Two. Earlier in his career, Armin worked for the German Federal Central Tax Office (BZSt), where he negotiated Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs) and Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) with European competent authorities. He also represented Germany as a delegate to the OECD Working Party No. 6 on the Taxation of Multinational Enterprises.
Claudia Schuppan – Partner, Asset Management Regulatory Consulting
Claudia is a Partner in the Advisory practice of BDO Luxembourg, specialising in Regulatory Advisory for the asset management industry. She has over 15 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial sector, including more than 13 years in regulatory advisory. Prior to joining BDO in September 2026, she worked for a Big Four firm in Luxembourg, advising asset managers, fund initiators and investment funds on regulatory, governance and organisational matters. Claudia has extensive experience in the set-up, authorisation and transformation of management companies and AIFMs, regulatory advisory throughout the fund lifecycle, governance and delegation oversight, as well as regulatory readiness and remediation.
