EY Luxembourg welcomes 320 New Joiners… and 1 New Partner.
September marks an ongoing tradition for EY Luxembourg. As we start this new season, EY is delighted to welcome 320 new professionals. In total, 87 nationalities come together at EY Luxembourg, bringing cultural perspectives and educational experiences that enrich the company’s DNA.
On 15 September, the European Convention Center buzzed with energy as the company welcomed both fresh graduates and seasoned professionals to its Welcoming Day. The program was vibrant and varied, from information presentations and hands-on workshops to inspiring panel discussions with the firm’s top leaders; a chance for the newest recruits to meet peers who had joined the previous year, exchange ideas, and start building relationships that will fuel collaboration.
This gathering marked the official launch of the firm’s comprehensive training and induction program across Assurance, Consulting, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Core Business Services, a journey that will continue to unfold in the weeks ahead.
René Ensch, the firm’s Talent Leader, says: « We are proud to welcome so many new joiners each year. What makes this firm truly special is not just our expertise, but the way we bring people together from across the world to learn, share, and create lasting impact, long-term value around externals, and our society. We are shaping a unique and dynamic environment. Together, we’ll continue to build a workplace where we learn from one another and celebrate what makes EY a community unlike any other.”
In alignment with the firm’s commitment to sustainable innovation, all new employees will have the opportunity to explore a new selection of electric vehicle leasing options displayed in front of the EY building. For the first time, employees will have the opportunity to select their preferred car and take it home on the same day, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the new joiners.
On top, EY Luxembourg is welcoming 1 new Partner, Mathias Colleau.
“September is a significant time at EY, as we welcome our largest group of new joiners, along with those preparing to start in January. Beginning this journey together creates a true sense of community and teamwork, something we deeply value. EY is a place where people grow, as professionals and as individuals. We are proud to welcome not only our freshly graduated colleagues and more experienced professionals, but also 1 new partner whose experience and perspective will be of great value to us all. I am confident that each new person will bring their own strengths, ideas, and perspectives. These contributions will continue to shape our culture and drive our success in alignment with our commitment to ‘Teaming for Growth,’ which emphasizes collaboration and innovation. I look forward to this journey and to celebrating the impact we will achieve as one team.” says Alban Aubrée, Country Managing Partner of EY Luxembourg.
