thyssenkrupp Elevator relocates its Headquarters to Düsseldorf

thyssenkrupp Elevator prepares to move to its new headquarters in Düsseldorf, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia. In the first quarter of 2021, the company will be moving from Essen to its new offices in the Wings Building in the immediate vicinity of the international Düsseldorf airport. The owner is the closed-end real estate fund CFB 173 of Commerz Real, a Commerzbank Group company.

On more than 9,000 sqm, thyssenkrupp Elevator employees will be able to find new ways to collaborate in bright and spacious offices that are tailor-made for the needs and requirements
of the workforce. In addition to the office spaces there are a mere 500 sqm of outdoor area where colleagues can meet and exchange ideas.
As a leading international provider for urban mobility, thyssenkrupp Elevator benefits from the close connection to the local infrastructure – such as the airport – its new headquarters are embedded in.
