Paragon Customer Communications launches regulated Luxembourg business

Paragon Customer Communications, part of the Paragon Group, is pleased to announce further European growth following the successful launch of a new regulated business in Luxembourg, as the company continues to expand its services into international markets.

The new international operation is part of the company’s strategy to offer an enhanced customer experience for clients across key jurisdictions. It will enable Paragon Customer Communications (Luxembourg) S.A. to provide genuine in-country, in-house, end-to-end production, for financial services clients in the region, as well as customers from broader industries.

At the launch on Thursday October 10, leading business figures from some of Europe’s fast-growing financial services companies situated in the region, gathered together with some of Paragon’s existing clients to celebrate the opening of the new office at an exclusive, invitation-only event.

Paragon Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) Sean Shine was also among the many guests at the official launch event held at the company’s new office in Contern, where Paragon’s Proposition Director, Stephen Lester, delivered a thought provoking and insightful talk on the future of digital communications. Mr Lester also touched on the exciting advancements that are changing the face of the industry, in turn, opening up new opportunities for businesses to communicate with customers.

The facility is a centre of excellence for regulated communications via any channel and enhanced activities within the wider Paragon Customer Communications business. This further enhances the company’s existing capabilities to deliver technology-driven insights for multi-channel customer communications.
